Alicia V. Mane: A Leaf of a Different Shade

Introduction: This blog provides information regarding the experiences and opinions of Alicia V. Mane. A Filipino-American citizen who resides in San Francisco, CA, she was born and raised at a province in the Philippines. She became a school teacher after finishing her education in the Philippines. Eventually, she decided to go to the United States. The reason of her immigrating was not because of the opportunities that she could access but instead, for the sake of having a new experience. As a result, Alicia fell in love with America and decided to stay and live her life in the there from then on.Through the personal interview I conducted and photos that Alicia provided, I will share some details and events that I learned from her and her immigration experiences to the United States.
