Kababayan English 100 AK Spring 2014
I interviewed twins, Kathrina and Kathleen Leano, which is why I called my project my "Twinterviewees." I wanted to interview them because they're my friends from high school and thought it would be fun to interview twins. Kathleen is older than Kathrina by 3 minutes. They migrated here in America in 2004 when they were 11-years-old. Kathrina and Kathleen came to America because they initially were
visiting their grandmother. But their parents decided to just have them
stay in America because their parents wanted them to have a better
future. They came with their little brother, older sister, and father, leaving their mother and little sister. Before interviewing them, I knew that their interview would be fun because I predicted that there would be times when I ask a question, and they would turn to each other to think of an answer.
